SAAB 95 linking problem

     I have bought this tool to specifically cover my SAAB 95 1.9 TID it is 56 plate and is covered by the machine alledgedly
    I cannot get this to do an auto scan neither will it give me vin detail only Saab part numbers. 
    The engine revs are stuck at 4622 and thus will not read on the graphs.
    oil temp is at 64c engine cold.

    And battery voltage is reading 335.3 v

    Can anyone advise if there is something I am doing wrong or is there something on the tool I am missing.

    It works loaded on to Vauxhall vectra or signum software on the machine and will do a scan !

    Let me repeat your question to see if I missed something.
    You are using a MD802 to test a  SAAB 95 1.9 TID. 
    You can't use the auto scan function. And thru other ways, you know your car is in trouble. 

    Some old models don't support Auto Scan function. I think your car is one of them.

    Then why does it work on a VAUXHALL vectra or Signum!

    I would suggest not my car to old but Autel not created a good version for saab either way if the info is reading right then that will pass for me.
